Opportunities for Stall holders

The Festival has the availability of over 100 pitches for Market Traders, Craft Stalls and other activities.  We expect these to be very popular as this is a very high profile event so please book early to ensure you get a pitch.  

Market Trader Pitches are charged at a flat rate, see the Stall Pricing page.  In addition we would hope that stall holders would donate a percentage of any profits they make during the day to the Festival's chosen charity.

How to book a Pitch
To book a Market Trader or Charity Pitch please download and complete the Festival Pitch Application Form by clicking on one of these links:

The two forms above are identical.  Choose whichever format is easiest for you complete electronically.  If using the pdf version, we recommend you use the latest (free) version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and select the Fill & Sign option.

Alternatively print the form, fill it in by hand and then email us a photo of the completed form.

Please also make sure that you have read and agree to our Festival Stall Holder Terms and Conditions.

If we accept your booking we will send you an invoice with details of how to pay for your pitch.  All payments must be made by bank transfer (BACS).  Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your payment.

We reserve the right to decline bookings if we have no spaces left or if your stall would unduly duplicate another stall whose booking we have already accepted.

The Stall Pricing page has the rates for Market Trader and Charity stalls at the Festival. 

Catering Stalls
We have availability for a limited number of pitches for Catering Stalls selling food for consumption at the Festival.  If you would like to attend with a Catering Stall please DO NOT use the above Pitch Application Form.  Instead email us first at:

with details of the food products you would offer and to discuss availability and pricing. If we have availability for the type of food product you offer, we will email you a Catering Pitch Application Form and invite you to apply.

Please note that we are fully supported with Ice Cream stalls and have no availability for you if that is what you offer.

Opportunities for Advertising and Sponsorship

The Festival offers opportunities for advertising and sponsorship for shopkeepers and businesses.  Please email us to discuss options and pricing.

Sponsorship will give more prominent coverage and allow the sponsor to have their logo on the face of selected promotional material.

In addition to any cash donations you may wish to make, we would also be delighted to accept any offers of goods or services that we can use as prizes during the event.
